We are delighted to announce a significant extension to our team that will enhance our commitment to exceptional customer service and ensure your satisfaction. Please join us in welcoming, Dawn Fox. Dawn has been with VariVerge since 2021 and will be moving into the role of Director of Customer & Vendor Relations.
As our organization grows, we felt it was important to add another level of support for our customers. In this role, Dawn will be a liaison to nurture our customers and provide support to our sales and production team as well as our vendors. Rest assured, this addition to our team does not mean any of our current employees are leaving. On the contrary, our existing staff members, myself and Gary, will continue to be available, and we look forward to providing even better customer service with the pivoting of Dawn’s role within the company.
I will still serve as the Director of Sales and continue to be your first point of contact. Dawn’s role will be to support me in any urgent or critical matters that may arise. She will help in resolving issues, coordinating resources, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between you, our valued customer, and our internal teams.
In today’s fast-paced world, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise that could impact your experience as our valued customer. By adding Dawn to our team, we are taking proactive steps to provide you with an elevated level of support and assistance so that should any issues arise, they will be handled both promptly and effectively.
