Following sample approval, our high-speed production printers print your documents – right away!
Capable of producing millions of impressions per month, VariVerge utilizes four Xerox printers to produce production ready images. Our laser imaging process begins after a sample of your document has been sent to you and approved for production. Once approved, we generate a print file from your data and put a 2D barcode on each piece that will be tracked by our inserters. The print file is sent to print and then on to our inserter machines for the insertion process.
EQUIPMENT
VariVerge’s Screen Truepress Jet520NX Press prints full color at 500 feet per minute. That’s 60,000 full color letter size sheets per hour.
Our new Blue Crest Epic Inserter stuffs 20,000 envelopes per hour.
