What is SSAE 18?
SSAE 18 is a set of standards governed by the AICPA and are used to regulate how companies conduct business. These standards are used to perform a SOC 2 audit and a report is issued by a third-party CPA firm. The CPA firm evaluates VariVerge’s business information system that relates to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. These are all very important to our customers and provide them the assurance that VariVerge is the right vendor to do business with. VariVerge’s security measures are constantly evolving to protect our customers – their customers confidential information. SSAE 18 compliance is not simply an added bonus when choosing a print and mail provider, it is vital to protecting your organization’s information.
